Bergamot is a fruit the size of an orange, with a yellow color similar to a lemon, and a pleasant fragrance. Bergamot has a sweet, fresh, citrus scent. It is good for building confidence and enhancing your mood. It has uplifting and relaxing properties and has a history of being used for oily and troubled skin. 

Eucalyptus – is a diverse genus of flowering trees (and a few shrubs) in the myrtle family. Lavender a genus of 39 species of flowering plants in the mint family. Lavender’s aroma is soothing and refreshing. It can assist the body when adapting to stress. It is great for relaxing and aiding sleep; yet has balancing properties that can boost stamina and energy.

Lemon– is both a small evergreen tree, native to Asia, and the tree’s oval yellow fruit. The scent is evocative of the fresh ripe peel. Along with lemon’s sweet aroma, they are for antibacterial uses because it has a low PH. In South and South East Asia, it is known for its antiseptic properties. Some aaromatherapy benefits are uplifting, refreshing, & cheering.

Lime – is a term referring to a number of different fruits, both species and hybrids, citruses, which are typically round, green to yellow in color, 3–6 cm in diameter, and containing sour and acidic pulp. With a rich, fresh, lime peel aroma lime has aromatherapy benefits of refreshing & cheering.

Litsea – is a genus of evergreen or deciduous trees or shrubs belonging to the Laurel family. The essential oil of litsea is pale yellow in color and has a strong fragrance of lemon. Litsea essential oil is used in aromatherapy to treat many skin-related conditions such as dermatitis, spots and acne; it is found in many skin care lotions and ointments. Litsea has been used in the treatment of stress, high blood pressure and post natal depression.

Mandarin – is a small citrus tree , with fruit resembling other oranges. The floral, neroli-like undertones of mandarin are evocative and sensual. Mandarin is used in combination with other citrus oils in colognes and fantasy-type perfumes. Some aromatherapy benefits are uplifting, cheering, & sensual.

Pink Grapefruit – is a subtropical citrus tree known for its bitter fruit. It has a fresh, sweet, bitter, citrus aroma. It is used to scent citrus perfumes and colognes, soaps, creams and lotions. Some aromatherapy benefits are refreshing, & cheering.

Peppermint is a hybrid mint, a cross between the watermint and spearmint. Peppermint has a strong, fresh minty aroma. It helps to improve concentration and mental sharpness and is also beneficial in clarifying the mind, body and soul.

Sweet Orange – The orange is a hybrid of ancient cultivated origin, possibly
between pomelo and mandarin. It has a lively, fruity, sweet aroma. It is used to scent fruity and eau de cologne fragrances. Some aromatherapy benefits are cheering, refreshing, & uplifting. 

Ylang YlangCananga odorata, commonly called Ylang-ylang, is a tree valued for its perfume. Ylang Ylang has a sweet, flowery jasmine like aroma and is a romantic favorite. It is extremely calming and relaxing and may help with releasing feelings of anger, tension and nervous irritability.
